Perfect new laptop plug. arrived on time. I was really happy to be able to find a new plug for my laptop, as they didnt have one at tech serve.

needed a replacement for apples original adapter. built to break at the connection to the Ibook - have heard this many many times from unhappy apple users … the plug is my only complaint about apple, but I needed a replacement and had to fork out the dough….

it wasn’t the product I ordered but, it works and charges my laptop. Wasn’t too impressed just because it was the exact opposite of what I wanted.

What a wonderful inexpensive product I have received and a great company I have encountered. The transaction was smooth, and I received the product quickly. Although the adapter doesn’t come with the duck head, it only comes with the two-pin power cord. Anyway, even Apple suggested to use the two-pin cord versus the duck head, because the duck head might cause problems sometimes. Great price, great product, quick respond, fast shipping. I definitely will shop from this company again and will recommend to all of my friends.
