My problem is with the in box support. Video out is via a 15 pin vga connector which is not included. There is not Win 7 manual and the machine manual is limited to a short "quick start" booklet. There's no carrying case in the box which given the price seems kinda chintzy. <br /> <br />There is good internet support for the device. <br /> <br />I'd buy it again, but these are not so small disappointments. Pro is what everybody knows, the keyboard is very handy, the appearance is good-looking. The small size and light weight is very convenient which are the benefits of a netbook. Very little bloatware installed, and Windows 7 is a dream. My Eee could be an isolated case, but the display on mine cracked after 45 days. It did fall off our coffee table, so there was an incident to blame the crack on. Honestly though, my IBM and Gateway laptops have taked that fall many times. Asus now wants $155 to repair the laptop. So, misuse or flimsy design??? I don't know, but I'm not pleased. I love the laptop, the keys, case etc all work well.
