However, even though both Amazon and others advertise that "Hell Yeah" is on the CD it is not. <br /> <br />I have rated this a 1 star to hopefully get the attention of the record company. I purchased the set to use the CD version of "Hell Yeah" for my music server. Looks like I will have to wait until the record company decides to actually include that song on a future release. Makes you wonder if the record company conveniently did this on purpose. I was stunned at the pricing. I paid $11.88 at Sam's Club for the DVD + CD package. It is surprising to see something on Amazon (even though sold by 3rd parties) so much more expensive.
