I just got it yesterday, opened it up, turned it on, followed the setup instructions, and waited for Windows to boot up. Two hours later, I was still waiting. I returned it the next day. It's too bad. The computer looked great. Aside from the fact that I could not use it, the touchpad is awful; you would definitely need to use a Bluetooth or wireless mouse.
