The screen and keyboard completely separated into 2 pieces. However, under the warranty I was able to get another. So far I've had my new phone for a month and a half without it loosening like the first one did. <br />-When "habitat" mode was activated, it froze the screen when I received texts or calls. <br />-Camera sucks. Flash sucks. <br />-Menu is a bit confusing/disorganized <br />-Talking on the phone is a little awkward <br /> <br />I'd recommend this phone to someone who likes to text, but who doesn't do it too often. The constant open/close motion of the phone wears on the joint of the phone, making it easy for it to break. That's why my first phone broke. I really do like this design of the phone. It's really sleek and innovative, but I can see room for improvement. I got this phone for Christmas of ‘09.
