I got this for my grand son for his birthday and he love it. His Dad and Mother said he used the alarm on the clock to get him up the next morning to go to school

On the advice of C. Hatfield I purchased this clock/iPhone/radio/charger & Im glad I did.

It dosent take up much room on the night stand, the green numbers stand out against the unusually darkened clock face, unlike so many that are back lit & it not only comes with many other features like the dual alarms & stereo speakers, although a BOSE it aint, it also does indeed work with my iPhone 3G.

I still get the warning on my iPhone when I dock that it is not compatible with this clock & would I like to turn on the airplane mode, but I still get all the functions that the radio has to offer.

It charges the iPhone, it plays music from my iPhone & it will play music from my iPhone in the sleep mode as well as the wake up alarm mode.

It also will ’show’ me that I have a call coming in but it will not ring. If I dont happen to be looking at the phone when a phone call occurs & see a contact picture or number on the iPhone face, then after a few seconds the iPhone face will go dark again.

This, I can live with. In fact for my particular needs it is great. I work odd hours & often turn off my cell phone so as not to get calls while Im trying to sleep.

The only problem, if there be one, is the clock is a bit complex at first & it takes some time & experimentation to figure it all out.

But the directions are straight forward enough & after awhile it becomes clear.

Im very satisfied with this clock & Im considering getting another for my home office.

This is the most inexpensive clock I’ve seen with an iPod. For the price, it’s a pretty good deal. It isn’t going to produce the same quality of sound as a large stereo system, but the quality isn’t bad, either. It’s fairly easy to use, but I spent a few minutes reading over the instructions before I began pushing buttons. I’ve only had the product a few days, but so far I’m satisfied.
