		<description>To "restore" the computer to its original state with preinstalled programs requires the software restore discs that came with the computer. Otherwise, just using the Panther discs, only the programs that come with the OS will be installed. If you don't reinstall the OS and programs, you will be able to create new accounts, but the original "owner" account can not be removed.
If you don't care about preinstalled programs, you should just reinstall the OS. Panther is unsupported, so if the computer has FireWire ports, Tiger or later should be installed.</description>
