		<description>First of all, check to see if both of the plugs are completely plugged in at both ends of the USB cable, if they are and it still isn't working, try a soft reset, which means on the iPod touch, holding down the lock button until the red slider comes up and sliding that or with other iPod models, holding down the menu and ceter buttons.
